Hello and Welcome to Morefertile!

Erectile dysfunction is a complex condition that’s linked to a range of health issues, which makes improving general health an essential part of improving sexual health, as the morefertile PFPs explain. However, certain conditions and substances have a direct role in male sexual health and should be avoided whenever possible.

Male Sexual Performance and PFPs

Systems Biology technology and the different morefertile® PFPs reveal distinct symptoms for single conditions because problems in body systems that have little obvious connection to sex can be the root cause. Diabetes, obesity and cardiac disease are examples of this, and the morefertile® PFPs make it much easier to understand what you can do to improve erectile function or a lack of libido.

There are distinct variations in how erectile dysfunction affects men, and the different symptoms reflect which body systems are affected most. There are seven recognised PFP variations connected to erectile dysfunction, which are:

PFPs considerations
Hot
  • Incomplete or partial erections that don’t last
  • An excessive interest in sex
  • Premature ejaculation, possible wet dreams
  • High numbers of abnormal sperm, small semen samples or low sperm count
  • Night sweats and irritability that’s worse when tired
Cold
  • Inability to get or maintain an erection
  • Low sperm motility, low sperm count
  • Chilliness in the lower back and knees
  • Lack of energy and enthusiasm, low libido
  • Thin watery semen, chilly genitals, chilly semen
  • Low back and knee aches and soreness
Energy #1
  • The late onset of sexual development
  • The usual male body shape, beard growth and pubic hair are less than usual
  • Erections are incomplete or lacking
Energy #2
  • Normal sexual development but generally an anxious and timid personality, which may be due to childhood or events in life
  • Inability to get or maintain an erection
  • Anxiety, timidity, easily startled and uneasy about intimacy
  • Palpitations, insomnia
Blood
  • Inability to get or maintain an erection, possibly with sexual anxiety
  • Palpitations, anxiety, low spirits, insomnia
  • Pale, dull complexion, forgetfulness
Flow #1
  • Emotional suppression and stress are significant issues
  • Impotence or impartial erections that are worse with stress
  • Emotional depression or tension, low mood and anger
  • Tight chest, achy ribs, sighing, acid reflux
Flow #2
  • This is often the result of trauma to the testes and penis (including surgery), but sometimes due to chronic emotional issues
  • Inability to achieve erections or erections that are incomplete or abnormally short
  • Distension and possible pain in the scrotum
  • Varicocele is a common issue
Fluids
  • Inability to get or maintain a full erection
  • Possibly sweaty scrotum and lumpy testes
  • Excess body weight, abnormal appetite
  • Fullness in the chest and diaphragm/ and or coughing of phlegm
  • Nausea, dizziness, lethargy with a heavy body
Fluids & Hot
  • Inability to get or maintain full erections
  • Damp scrotum, possibly with itching, discomfort and redness
  • Possible discharge from the urethra or history of genital herpes
  • Swollen and achy legs, fatigue especially in the afternoon
  • Dark cloudy urine, loose, smelly stools

The best way to improve ED and low libido is to appreciate the problem is usually not confined to the obvious issue. We strongly suggest following the advice for your PFP and the other options as outlined on morefertile®.
